Problems/Comments
A 55-gallon drum of transformer oil was hit by a snow plow. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) were below 50 parts per million (ppm). Shop area is heavily stained with oil. Area has been filled in with old junk cars. The last contact with Mr. Gattenby, Marcorelle stated that Mr. Gattenby cleaned up spilled transformer oil that was spilled by the snow plow.
