Problems/Comments
This site is associated with UST TU/US-C522 and is included in the CS database as two individual sites, an active leaking underground storage tank (LUST) site (Haz ID: 23248 “King Salmon AS – Bldg #160 Combat Alert Cell”) and an active contaminated sites program (CSP) site (Haz ID: 1581 “King Salmon Combat Alert Cell”). The tank was closed in 2016 and no additional contamination was found. There is remaining TCE/PCE contamination at the site, but this is not the result of a release at the tank and is being managed under the Zone 2 groundwater monitoring program.
