Problems/Comments

A 1992 complaint contained pictures of suspected waste oil and oil contaminated soil. Site inspection showed evidence of recent cleanup, however, drums in pictures had been removed, and soil scraped where former surface staining had been present. Inspection did reveal a pallet of used car batteries on site. Groundwater or surface water impact unlikely.
