|11/26/2007||Site Closure Approved||The subject property was impacted by past releases of used oil and/or diesel fuel. However, the current data does not indicate that DRO or RRO are present at levels that would pose a risk to human health or the environment based on an analysis of the 95th percentile upper confidence interval of the mean. The levels of arsenic and chromium detected in the subject property soil are representative of background concentrations commonly detected in the Anchorage and/or Eagle River Area and therefore, are not believed to pose a risk. Therefore, ADEC has determined no further action is required at this site and shall be closed in accordance with 18 AAC 75.380.||Todd Blessing|
