10/25/2002 Record of Decision The decision document established cleanup levels and served as the basis for the "no further remedial action" determination. In addition, there were conditions or requirements in the document that must be fulfilled prior to it being finalized. 5/3/2011 Update or Other Action Spoke with Robert Holbrook, ADOT&PF Airport Leasing, about his draft letter to the current tenant notifying them of the requirement to contact ADEC prior to disturbing the soil on the leased lot for the Sourdough Car Rental Permit Number: ADA-08698. The letter will serve as notification and is in accordance with the No Further Remedial Action Planned letter dated October 25, 2002. Pam Clemens
