Driver drove off with hose still in truck. Last staff were Glascott and Sundet. Former landowner was listed as Bert Smith.

5/2/2003 Institutional Control Record Established The stockpile reportedly will be moved this summer to a location inside the tank farm where it will be landfarmed until the soil has been remediated. The tank farm is surrounded by a fenced and access is controlled. The soil will remain on site after they meet the cleanup levels. Bob Glascott
