Problems/Comments
Loose plug found on pump on Tank #2 during piping reconfiguration. Diesel product was leaking into the subsurface. Product recovery and groundwater monitoring are being tracked under Event #1136. ALL FUTURE INFORMATION FOR THIS SITE (HAZARD ID 22971) WILL BE TRACKED UNDER HAZARD ID 24441 (SOURDOUGH FUEL/TANANA PETROLEUM INC. BULK FUEL) UNTIL THE SITE IS READY FOR CLOSURE.
