Please decommission the monitoring well in accordance with the Monitoring Well Guidance dated November 2011 and provide the details of the decommissioning to this office. These documents together meet the requirements of 18 AAC 75.380, Final Reporting Requirements. There is no petroleum contamination remaining at the site and the low levels of tetrachloroethylene remaining do not pose a risk to human health or the environment. The DEC has determined that the cleanup is complete subject to a future determination that the cleanup is not protective of human health, safety, or welfare, or of the environment.
