Problems/Comments
Site assessment was conducted in conjunction with numerous other assessments at PHS facilities around the state. The Bethel site (new and old hospitals) included thirty-some fuel tanks, most of which were not regulated. Other sources of contamination were identified and will need follow-up. Last staff assigned were Halverson, Dronenburg, then Alam.
