Based on the information presented in the document titled Field Report, Cook Inlet Pre-Trial Facility Alaska Department of Corrections submitted January 5, 1999 and data contained within the administrative file, ADEC has determined that no further remedial action is required, and that the ADOC – Cook Inlet Pre-Trial Facility can be closed. The hazardous substance contamination has been adequately addressed and does not pose an unacceptable risk to human health or the environment. Bill O'Connell
