Problems/Comments

On 6/2/08 a crude/methanol spill occurred on J Pad. During cleanup activities, buried drill cuttings were discovered beneath the gravel pad.

Based on the information provided to date, the ADEC has determined that the contaminant concentrations remaining on site do not pose an unacceptable risk to human health or the environment, and this site is closed. This decision is based on the site file and administrative record which is located in the offices of the ADEC in Anchorage, Alaska. . Grant Lidren
