Problems/Comments

Petroleum contamination resulted from surface spills, with maximum contaminant levels 11,100 DRO and 59,700 ppm RRO present in soil. Drums containing petroleum products were stored on site. PCBs were identified in one soil boring at 0.165 ppm. Approximately 6 cubic yards of soil was excavated and thermally remediated. The adjacent property is a closed UST site. There are several other sites within 1/4 mile of this site.
