10/23/2012 Exposure Tracking Model Ranking A new updated ranking with ETM has been completed for source area 79345 Y Pad Well 1. Bill O'Connell
10/24/2012 Potentially Responsible Party/State Interest Letter Keather McLoone
7/1/2013 Document, Report, or Work plan Review - other Reviewed Site Assessment work plan for Y Pad Well 1. Following spill response activities, an investigation conducted in 2009 found DRO up to 7,890 mg/kg and GRO up to 2,410 mg/kg. Two boreholes will be advanced and sampled to delineate areas of hydrocarbon contamination that were not delineated during the 2009 investigation. Additional boreholes will be advanced as needed to delineate the horizontal and vertical extent of contamination. Bill O'Connell
3/28/2014 Document, Report, or Work plan Review - other Date of receipt of 2013 RCRA Annual Report. Appendix A addresses work conducted at SWMU Project Groups to Fulfill Other Obligations and includes documenting the type of work performed during the summer of 2013 at this site. Results are to be reported elsewhere. In 2013, two boreholes were advanced and soil samples collected. Keather McLoone
4/14/2014 Document, Report, or Work plan Review - other Date of receipt of 2013 Site Assessment report. Field activities included advancing two boreholes and collecting soil samples. Soil samples were analyzed for GRO, DRO, RRO, BTEX, and PAHs. Two samples were collected from each borehole. One borehole produced no results exceeding Method One or Method Two criteria. The other produced DRO results that exceed Method One but not Method Two criteria (2,010 mg/kg DRO). Because of the structures present at this active pad, the highest results being closest to the active well heads. Keather McLoone
10/21/2015 Exposure Tracking Model Ranking A new updated ranking with ETM has been completed for source area 79345 Y Pad Well 1. Keather McLoone
8/20/2018 Workplan Requested Letter sent to BP on this day requesting additional delineation. Joshua Barsis
4/15/2019 Document, Report, or Work plan Review - other Reviewed the Y-Pad Site Characterization Work Plan, dated April 2, 2019. Proposed activities primarily consist of advancing up to 5 soil borings in an effort to delineate the release area, and at the same time determine if residual impacts are from the Y-Pad Well 1 release or from the nearby reserve pit.
