Problems/Comments

Removal of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) contaminated soils occurred September 2000. Diesel range organics (DRO) up to 8,000 parts per million (ppm) left underneath sidewalk. Potential Institutional Control site due to contamination left beneath the sidewalk.

Based on the information provided to date, The ADEC has determined that the contaminant concentrations remaining on site do not pose an unacceptable risk to human health or the environment and this site will be closed.
