Problems/Comments
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) is planning to construct a concrete floor in the Snow Removal Equipment (SREB) building at the Shaktoolik Airport. During the phase I evaluation of the shop floors, the presence of contamination was identified on the gravel floor of the SREB building at the Shaktoolik Airport. Nortech estimates less than 1 cubic yard of contaminated soil remain at the facility. Hydraulic fluid soil stain located in the SREB.
