Problems/Comments

The project was to remove what was thought to be empty drums on native land adjacent to the railroad. While removing the drums a pool of 1-2 gallons of what appears to be paint resin accumulated. It is also reported that some asphalt/tar like substance was in another drum. Work has been temporarily halted on the removal action until a work plan can be developed to address the hazardous substances found.
