General Minor Permits (Under 100 TPY)
MG3 Asphalt Plant and MG9 Rock Crusher minor general permits were updated to MG3 Rev. 4 and MG9 Rev. 3 that went into effect April 1, 2023.
New Compliance Fees and Emission Fees went into effect on September 7, 2022

No paper permit is issued; however, the applicant must operate in accordance with the permit posted above. The permit can be downloaded and printed in order to have a copy on site.
