The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0091MSS01 to ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc (CPAI) for the Tyonek Platform, Cook Inlet, Alaska.  CPAI has requested that the Department re-establish PSD avoidance conditions previously rescinded by Construction Permit No. 091CP04. This permitting action re-establishes and modifies some terms and conditions to clarify the intent of the original condition.  This action is classified as needing a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.508(6).

Location:        Latitude 61 degrees 04 minutes North; Longitude 150 degrees 56 minutes West

This project complies with all applicable requirements of 18 AAC 50.  ADEC is issuing this preliminary permit decision under AS 46.14 and 18 AAC 50.
