The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit approval
(ORL) to the Alaska Native Medical Center,
under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
Applicant: Alaska Native
Medical Center
Location: 4315
Diplomacy Drive Anchorage, Alaska 99508
Activity: Boilers (3), IC Engines (3).
The Alaska Native
Medical Center
applied on April 5, 2006. This public
notice is for the preliminary ORL renewal only.
Emissions: The potential to emit regulated air
pollutants at the stationary source will not exceed 100 tons per year of
individual air contaminants. By limiting the
emissions, the stationary source avoids the requirement to obtain an air
quality control operating permit under AS 46.14.130(b) and
18 AAC 50.326(a).
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of
the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary
ORL approval for the Alaska
Native Medical
Center.

Information: Copies of ADEC’s preliminary approval are available at the
