EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0264MSS03 to the United States Air Force (USAF) for modifications to an existing Asphalt/Rock Crusher at Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB). This action is classified as needing a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.502(b)(3) for operation of a rock crusher, and 18 AAC 50.508(6) to revise or rescind terms and conditions of a Title 1 permit.

This action complies with all applicable requirements of 18 AAC 50. ADEC made this preliminary permit decision under AS 46.14 and 18 AAC 50.
