Note: The minor general permit for oil and gas drilling is in effect only after a proper notification of intent to operate and correct payment are received by the department. No paper permit is issued, however the applicant must operate in accordance with the permit (posted here: MG1). The permit can be downloaded and printed in order to have a copy on site. |
