PERCHLOROETHYLENE DRY CLEANERS
Effective October 1, 2004, dry cleaning establishments utilizing perchloroethylene are no longer subject to any air permitting requirements in 18 AAC 50. The air quality control permits that had been issued to these establishments are no longer in effect.
SUBPART Dc BOILERS
Effective October 1, 2004, stationary sources which had required a permit solely because they contained a boiler subject to 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc are no longer subject to any air permitting requirements in 18 AAC 50. The air quality control permits that had been issued to these sources are no longer in effect.
SUBPART Kb TANKS
Effective October 1, 2004, stationary sources which had required a permit solely because they contained oil storage tanks subject to 40 CFR 60 Subpart Kb are no longer subject to any air permitting requirements in 18 AAC 50. The air quality control permits that had been issued to these establishments are no longer in effect.
