ORL and PAEL Applications & Forms

Owner Requested Limits (ORL) under 18 AAC 50.225 and Preapproved Emission Limit (PAEL) requests  under 18 AAC 50.230 are permit avoidance measures. ORLS and PAELS provide stationary sources with options to operate besides a permit. Requests made under 18 AAC 50.225-230  must be accompanied with a one-time permit administration fee as listed in 18 AAC 50.400 (or in the table below).
