Problems/Comments
The Former Power House was destroyed during the flood. According to a report by LCMF Limited (1995), an "Old Power Plant Location" was shown on a figure located near the area sampled in this project. The 2004 E&E report states that the Former City Power House was in use from prior to 1979 to an unknown date and the location of the former fuel tanks is unknown. At the time of the site visit, the former location of the power house consisted of a vacant gravel pad. Sections of pipeline were visible at the pad and to the west of the pad. Gravel on the pad was mounded and showed signs of recent disturbance.
