Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites

State law [AS 46.03.550(b)] requires the Department of Environmental Conservation to maintain a list of the properties that have been identified as illegal drug manufacturing sites by Alaska law enforcement agencies. Sec. 19. AS 46.03.500(f), effective date June 3, 2006, specifies that the list must contain the parcel identification number, legal description, and physical address and owner's name at the time the notice was issued.

The properties listed below are former illegal drug manufacturing sites. A date in the Fit-For-Use column indicates that the property has been certified as "fit-for-use" in accordance with 18 AAC 79. In accordance with AS 46.03.550(b), properties will remain on this list for a period of 5 years after it is determined that the property is fit for use and shall be removed from the lists or databases within three months after the five-year period has elapsed.
