Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites
State law [AS 46.03.550(b)] requires the Department of Environmental Conservation to maintain a list of the properties that have been identified as illegal drug manufacturing sites by Alaska law enforcement agencies. The properties listed below are former illegal drug manufacturing sites. A date in the Fit-For-Use column indicates that the property has been certified as "fit-for-use" in accordance with 18 AAC 79. In accordance with AS 46.03.550(b), properties will remain on this list for a period of 5 years after it is determined that the property is fit for use and shall be removed from the lists or databases within three months after the five-year period has elapsed.
