The Food Worker Card (FWC) program would like to remind current cardholders to review their card's expiration date, and make sure it is not in danger of expiring. Food Worker Cards are valid for three years. The first cards issued will be expiring in early 2010. Cardholders should renew their card between 30 days prior to expiration and 30 days after expiration, a 60 day window.

To renew a card, retake the online test located at http://alaska.state.gegov.com/foodworker/, or have a paper test sent to you by calling our toll free number 1-877-233-3663.

At this time, there is no charge for FWC renewals. However, please make sure the mailing address you use is correct. To replace cards that are sent to an incorrect address, a $10 fee is charged.
