Making a Complaint

Receiving complaints from consumers is an important part of the ongoing monitoring of conditions in food establishments, public facilities, and seafood facilities. Complaints help to give the Food Safety and Sanitation Program an idea of what might be happening in the facility.

If you cannot find the information you need, please contact an Environmental Health Officer in your area.
