Receiving complaints from consumers is an important part of the ongoing monitoring of conditions in food establishments, public facilities, and seafood facilities.
Complaints help to give the Food Safety and Sanitation Program an idea of what might be happening in a facility.

If it is located within the Municipality of Anchorage (Anchorage, Eagle River, or Girdwood), contact the Municipality of Anchorage. If the facility is located outside of the Municipality of Anchorage, click here.

Complaints about conditions where workers are exposed to injury or illness may be made to the Alaska Occupational Safety and Health (AKOSH) office.
