Pesticides may not be distributed or sold in Alaska unless they have been registered with the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. Unregistered pesticides distributed or offered for sale in Alaska will be subject to a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (18 AAC 90.220). Click here for Alaska's Pesticide Control Regulations.

Product registration is effective for one year, from January 1 - December 31. The annual fee is $85.00 for each pesticide product registration or renewal. Registration can be completed online through the Kelly Solutions website.
