Water Monitoring
Surface and/or groundwater monitoring are required at most Class I MSWLFs. It could be required at some Class II and III MSWLFs and some non-municipal landfills. The following technical memorandum and fact sheets provide guidance to facility owners/operators on various aspects of water monitoring.
