Spill Cleanup Plan Approval: A responsible person shall investigate, contain, and perform cleanup of a sudden or recent discharge or release of hazardous substance in consultation with the department and use cleanup methods approved for that site. Approval includes treatment or disposal of the contaminated equipment, materials, soil and water collected. |
