The St. George Tanaq Corporation is seeking to restore and preserve the buildings through a grant provided by the Alaska State Historic Preservation Office. Funding allocated as area-wide on five historic buildings: Cottage D, Electrical & Plumbing Shop, Cottage G/Old Power Plant, Old Machine Shop, and Old Coal House.
