Cleanup Regulations (Chapter 75) 18 AAC 75 - Revisions Only: (January 30, 2003)

These files only contain sections of the regulations. See entire set of current regulations.

Revisions were made to update and modify references to regulations and guidance documents, to correct technical and editorial errors, to refine regulatory requirements and clarify the intent and propose of the regulations, to update soil cleanup levels, to modify offsite or portable treatment facilities requirements, to modify civil penalty factors, to add a timeframe for appeals, to refine the regulations to be more consistent with corresponding regulatory requirements in the Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 18 AAC 78.

Technical corrections and clarifications were made to industrial preparedness on sections 562 and 426. Contingency plan requirement for railroads in Article 1 and 4 was also added.

Changes related to industrial preparedness for non tank vessel requirements and definitions were added to article 4, 5 and 9.
