The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation is managing this project. The Project Contract Team includes: Nuka Research and Planning Group, LLC; Cycla Corporation; and, Pearson Consulting LLC. Direction and guidance is being provided by the State Agency Oversight Team, consisting of representatives from the following list of state agencies/organizations:

• Alaska Department of Natural Resources
  (including the State Pipeline Office and Petroleum Systems Integrity Office)

• Alaska Department of Public Safety/State Fire Marshall's Office

• Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission

• Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development

• Department of Law

• Department of Revenue

• University of Alaska, College of Engineering and Mines

Federal agencies with responsibility for Alaskan oil and gas infrastructure will be requested to provide direct input to the State Agency Oversight Team and the Project Team.

An Expert Panel was established to provide input on the type and level of analysis to be performed on the selected spill data, review the analysis and develop recommendations for possible mitigation measures, and review and validate the final drafts of the Analysis Reports which can be found on the NSSA Reports page.
