In June 2008, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation contracted with a team of Emerald and ABS Consulting to design and implement the project. The project is expected to be conducted in three phases and completed by June 1, 2010. A detailed project schedule is posted at the bottom of the page and will be updated here.
