The blind will be removed and liquids drained into a fast-tank and removed with vac trucks. This should empty the 300 ft section of line from the flange to FS2. This is expected to happen within the next 24 hours.

This shows their proximity to each other. The fluid flow is from right to left in this photo. This is a non-pressure bearing clamp put on during the ARCO days. The release point appears to be at the left side of the photo mid way down the pipe. This will be confirmed when the insulation is stripped. The spool will be removed and a blind with a gas fitting attached will be bolted to the upstream side. Gas pressure will be used to move the liquids back toward DS 9 and rerouted through another flow line.
