report to document the significant lessons learned in order
to improve future responses of this nature.Staff from Alyeska
Pipeline Service Company (APSC), the Alaska Department of Environmental
Conservation(DEC), the US Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA), and the Joint Pipeline Office (JPO), and other entities
involved in the response have collaborated in producing this
