Underground Storage Tanks Federal Update Amendments

These regulations have been adopted and are effective September 27, 2018

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation amended Title 18 of the Alaska Administrative Code, Chapter 78 (18 AAC 78) to update underground storage tank (UST) regulations by incorporating changes in federal UST regulations.
