Large Commercial Passenger Vessel Wastewater Discharge

General Permit 2010

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Commercial Passenger Vessel Environmental Compliance Program originally issued a Large Commercial Passenger Vessel Wastewater Discharge General Permit on April 22, 2010. On March 18, 2013 the ADEC Commercial Passenger Environmental Compliance Program extended the expiration date of the permit to December 15, 2015. Except for minor technical changes made to the 2010 General Permit in order to administratively extend the permit as provided for by the recent statutory amendment, all other terms and conditions of the permit remain in effect. The permit is posted below.
