Large Commercial Passenger Vessel Wastewater Discharge

2010 General Permit

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Cruise Ship Program proposed a draft Large Commercial Passenger Vessel Wastewater Discharge General Permit on January 31, 2010. The public comment period was open from January 31, 2010 until March 3, 2010 at 5 p.m. Alaska Time. The final permit was issued on April 22, 2010.
