2014 Draft General Permit

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation Cruise Ship Program proposed a Large Commercial Passenger Vessel Wastewater Discharge General Permit on April 8, 2014. The public comment period was open from April 8, 2014 until May 23, 2014 at 5 p.m. Alaska Time.

A public hearing was held in Juneau on April 30, 2014.
