New - Online Loan Applications
Loan Applications can now be submitted online with the Water Online Application System.
All hard-copy loan applications, pay requests, or other forms may be sent electronically to DEC.Water.MGL.MAT@alaska.gov or mailed to:

Alaska Clean Water Fund
| ACWF Loan Application | This is the actual loan application paperwork. |
| ACWF Financial Information Document | This provides us with current financial information and utility trends. |
| ACWF Model Resolution | This shows us that the local governing body has authorized an appropriate official to apply for and execute the loan document. |
| EPA Form 4700 | Because the ACWF includes some federal funds, EPA requires us to ensure that federal anti-discrimination policies are followed. |
