1. Review Water and Wastewater Works Advisory Board Policy Statement 2010-01 concerning CEU training procedures.
2. Complete CEU Request Form and mail, fax, or email all necessary paperwork to staff at the Operator Training and Certification Program (OpCert). Please give the staff sufficient time to review the request.
