Problems/Comments
15 leaking drums containing used motor oil and possibly hazardous waste. Amount, extent, and type of contamination unknown. Impact to human health unknown. ADEC visited the site 8/25/89. 15 drums removed from site by APC, however, two more were discovered. Kenai River Realty and Investments, Inc. last known agent for HUD. Kristin Lambert or Kim Murray at P.O. Box 530; Soldotna, AK 99669; (907) 262-9801. Project file could not be located during 8/2/91 update. Last staff assigned was Munger.
