Building 19 was used by the Navy as a maintenance and paint shop. Currently, the building is used for welding, sheet metal work, plumbing and carpentry. Drums of waste oils and solvents stored on the ground without secondary containment, were observed on 2 separate occasions, along the southwest and northwest sides of the building. Staining of the soil by waste oil and possibly other liquids was observed at the site. Last staff assigned was Patrick-Riley.
