Problems/Comments
Diesel fuel spilled in unknown amounts from overfills of an above ground storage tank. Fuel has migrated off site to Campbell creek. Impact to human health unknown. There is insufficiant evidence to suggest Golden North caused contamination or that contamination was significant enough impact human health or the environment. Last staff assigned was Olson.
