Problems/Comments
A diesel fuel release was reported on 09/13/91. The volume of release is unknown. A 100 yards strip of grass was impacted by the spill. Last staff assigned was Olson.

7/20/2007 | Site Closure Approved | The data presented to date indicates that soil at the subject property was impacted by past releases of diesel fuel. However, the current levels of petroleum constituents no longer exceed the concentrations established for protection of human health (i.e. ingestion and inhalation) or migration to groundwater. Based on this information, ADEC has determined that contamination released in the past does not pose an unacceptable risk to human health or the environment and the subject property shall be closed in accordance with 18 AAC 75.380. This decision is also subject to 18 AAC 75.380(d)(2) that may require additional investigation and/or cleanup action in the future if new information indicates there is hazardous substance contamination at this site that may pose a risk to human health and the environment. | Todd Blessing |
