Problems/Comments
Heating oil tank removal revealed soil contamination above and below the groundwater table. Impact to the groundwater from fuel oil is highly likely. Emulsion noted on groundwater during removal although no samples were taken. Total extent of contamination is unknown at this time. Soils excavated and stockpiled on site. L5, B1 The Meadows Subdivision. Last staff assigned was Krieber.
