Problems/Comments

Lubricating oil and diesel oil spilled near generator building encompassing approximately 400 square feet. Total amount spilled and impact to human health is unknown. Volume to be excavated is estimated to be 25-100 cubic yards. Nearest private drinking water well is 1/2 mile of the Trading Bay facility. Last staff assigned were Twidwell then Krogseng.

It describes procedures for the excavation, chemical analysis, and storage of the potentially contaminated soil.
